Our first room had small dried blood spots all over the mattress pad, which is a good indication of bed bugs. I asked for another room and told them about the blood. The staff was great and got us another room. The second room the beds were clean and there were no bed bug indications, but there was a dollar sized hole in the ceiling of the bathroom and mildew covering the ceiling and walls of the bathroom.

The building was beautiful. Our room was nice, clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly.

Breakfast was very limited. Coffee looked like sludge coming out of the machine. Other than basic channels, tv was bunch of apps that you had to subscribe to. Front doors and windows were filthy!. Not a very inviting thing to see. Beds were not the most comfortable. Towels, though clean, were thin , kind of small, and worn looking.

The location was great. I was traveling from Houston to central NC so it was at the halfway part of my journey. Access was easy and it is near other places of interest.

The young lady at the front desk when wr checked on that night around midnight was so sweet. We didnt know how to work our tv and she came to our room to assist us. She also assisted my husband in finding nearby parking for his charter bus.
